After doing the necessary enquiries in how to change my postal address and gathering the necessary FICA documentation for this endeavour I spend 1 hour queing and what I thought was a done deal, I still get letters send to my old post box. Today I contacted Standard Bank and tried to find out what has become of my postal address change and the person helping me informed me that I need to go to my branch to make this change. She suggested I speak to the complains department and was suppose to transfer the call and instead just put the phone down.
