So, you phone the call centre, enter your card number and your pin (they do tell you not to give it to anyone as this is a security breach) and then you wait for 7 minutes to get your call answered. Only to be told, that they cant change your postal address as this would be a security breach, I need to go into a branch!!!
Guys, you have my card and pin number and I have identified myself, what more do you want.
Also I have changed my address with your two competitors FNB and Nedbank over the phone, so guess what, keep wasting your money and sending the statement to the wrong address because I am not going to queue in your branch to change it.
