We have moved to an other house last month and our house address is still not changed by ADT and they keep on going to the wrong house when the alarm is going of. ADT take like 15 minutes to arrive at the house and they doesn't even phone to ask if everything if fine. They say that they do phone but they don't phone. I am going for my second month in this house and the address is still not changed. This is really pathetic and that ADT takes 15 minutes to arrive. Martin doesn't answer his phone when you phone him to talk to him and he must change the address with ADT. I am paying for a service witch I don't receive because ADT goes to the wrong house.
