POSTING TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

WENT INTO NEDBANK LA-LUCIA,
GAVE IN DETAILS OF NEW POSTAL & PHTYSICAL ADDRESS,
STILL RECIEVING LETTERS AT OLD ADDRESS.

THIS IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE AS IT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN
A WASTE OF TIME HAVING GONE TO THE BRANCH & GIVING
THEM INFO TO UPDATE, YET THEY STILL SEND POSTAGE TO
MY OLD POSTAL & PHYSICAL ADDRESS!!

THE LAST TIME NEDBANK GAVE ME BAD SERVICE,
I WITHDREW MY ACCOUNT,
& ON ANOTHER OCCASSION I HAD TO ASK TOO MANY
TIMES, THUS HAD THEM GIVE R100.00 TO CHARITY DUE
TO THEIR "ASK ONCE POLICY" WHICH IS A TOTAL SHAME,
WHEN YOU ALWAYS GOT TO ASK TWICE!

SHOULD ANY OF MY MAIL FALL INTO THE WRONG HANDS,
YOU WILL BE LEGALLY IMPLICATED, LET THERE BE JUST 1
MORE MAIL GO TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, YOU WILL HEAR
FROM MY LEGAL!!
