I have been trying to get hold of the claims department since this morning at first I waited for more than 30 minutes abd secondly while I was waiting I was send to pillar to post and while I was waiting the call just cuts, it seems as if no one is wiLling to assist, I'm using my cellphone to call, I need someone from woolwo insurance to call regarding my claim, some who is willing to assist, I'm really disappointed abt the service I got today
