No Answere on call Centre number for 15 minutes

I have an open claim for my car.

I now have to take my car in and require car hire (which is part of my insurance)

When trying to call the Claims department i sit on hold for 10 - 15 minutes at a time.

I have tried 3 times already and keep sitting on hold...

This is pathetic service.
