BAD SERVICE, NO CALL BACK, NO CELLPHONE FOR ME

I lost my fone last night and im getting bad service just to register a claim, i phoned this morning was told i will get a call within 2 hours and there is no call, when i call back i still has to hold for 10 minutes while being transfereed from pillar to post. I will not stand such bad service, i dont have a cellphone and my life is a stand still and i EXPECT SERVICE NOW, someone must phone as i will not be go into the weekend without a cellphone, im waiting for that call
