I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM ON MONDAY 27/05/13 VIA FIRST FOR WOMEN'S WEBSITE. I WAS SENT A SMS STATING THAT A CLAIMS AGENT WILL CALL ME WITHIN 4 WORKING HOURS TO ASSIST ME. IT'S WEDNESDAY 29/5/13 AND I'M STILL WAITING!!!
I CALLED THE CLAIMS LINE AND SPOKE TO ASANDA WHO SAID HELPED ME CAPTURE MY CLAIM. SHE SAID THAT HERMAN WAS ASSIGNED TO HANDLE MY CLAIM AND THAT I SHOULD EMAIL HIM, SHE SAID HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THE CLAIM.
I EMAILED HIM (HERMAN) THE NEEDED DOCUMENTS AND I TRIED CALLING (THE NUMBER WAS INCORRECT) NEEDLESS TO SAY I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM HERMAN OR HAD ANY CALLS FROM ANY REPRESENTIVE FROM FIRST FOR WOMEN.
EVERY TIME I CALL THE CLAIMS CALL CENTRE I GET PLACED ON HOLD AND THEN TOLD THAT A MESSAGE WAS LOADED FOR HERMAN TO CALL ME. I'VE SPENT OVER R100 WORTH OF AIRTIME HOLDING FOR HERMAN!!
I'M VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE THAT I'VE RECEIVED, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN FFW!!
THEY ARE EAGER TO SIGN YOU UP AS A CLIENT BUT THE AFTER SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!
I'M WAITING TO SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES FFW OR TELESURE TO REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT.
