On the 3/02/2013 I lost my phone I was not using while moving the cellphone was nicely packed away since last year July. I did what was supposed to be done and submitted my claim on the 5/02/13.since then I have been following up being sent from pillar to post.in March on the 9th I think I called and I was told they're waiting for authorisation and still no feedback called again today and Byron answered after o was on hold for 10 minutes.he then kept me on hold for another 24 minutes and decided to drop the call.this is so unfair as u are still deducting premiums on my account yet u not offering any good service.tomorrow it will be 2 months waiting for feedback and I'm fed up now.to anyone who is thinking of insuring with 24hr mobility think twice.they are not worth their premiums.they should hire more equipped staff.
