I send in a claim via mail to the Discovery Claims department on 21 October and received a reference number back via mail. I've waited, but nothing happened. I send a follow up mail, and received another reference number. Today I tried phoning, as I'm depending on this claim amount to settle another bill. Just to be told that they are experiencing high call volumes, and that I should try sending an e-mail. I have - and nobody's is responding with the required information! How can one get hold of an actual person at Discovery to assist in getting actual information on the progress of a claim?
