So I signed for an FNB Business Account on the 13 Dec 2012, now according to there ad's the card and papers' should be ready to sign either in 24 hours or 3 days (not 100% on this, thou I'm pretty sure), so this took them a week to call to say it ready and could be delivered the following week. which I was out of the country so they call the week I was back only to be told my things are in Durban and would be in Jo'burg the next week. So gets to Jo'burg and again only the following week will be delivered. So not like advertised!! So sign the paper (15 Jan 2013) and wait 24 hours to activate on-line banking which didn't work with the details supplied. So had to go into the branch to get a letter stating I have an account with them. When I get there (23 Jan 2013) after waiting 30min I find out my account is not activated so I go to another line( - 30min wait) to get it activated to find out that they can't. Great!! So I leave and call support today (24 Jan 2013) I end up in general enquires they can help and transfer me to home loans who transfers me to receptionist who eventually hung up. So I try again finally get to Business accounts and get transferred to a non-existent number.
