IPad Special. Price Increase when FNB Messed Up

I ordered my smart device iPad Mini on the 29-04 while the special was still on. I got all my docs etc in within the 7 days - then when I called to follow up they said that the special was no longer on! Anyway I provided all my detail and confirmed that no one had told me otherwise through my app. They then escalated&placed my order. Last week I got a call and the guy I spoke to Thato said that they would be sending my iPad to the courier and confirmed the details - he said white, 16GB, to which I said no, I originally asked for the 32GB, he said yes that's correct and completed the process. I got a call from the couriers last Wednesday and when they read out the order it was the 16GB, so I cancelled the order, called the FNB Support - Smart Devices, cancelled the order and they said they would escalate it to get it corrected. I finally speak to Elthea yesterday &she reads the details &says that the price is now R260 and not R239, I asked her about it, she said that the prices have increased &that they say their prices are subject to change, I asked even if it's FNB at fault? Answer was YES, RIDICULOUS! I get ripped off when FNB is clearly at fault! Pathetic!!!
