First National Bank
Frozen account because FNB Lost Documents

I have applied online for my business banking account and followed as requested.
I got all relevant documents and a courier was sent to collect all documents. There after I got an sms to collect my card from the Phoenix Branch. When I got to the branch it was closed for renovations, and I had to trace my card to the Umhlanga Branch. I finally get there on the 19th May 2012 and followed the card collection line and after 30 minutes in the queue I was told they can't help me and I need to go upstairs to the other enquires. After 45 minutes I was told to go back downstairs and activate my card. I'm been sent from pillar to post. Clearly your staff has no clue what they were supposed to do. I finally get the card activated and go back to the enquires line upstairs and the consultant gives me my card and gets me to sign the back of it. Now almost a year later I go into a branch to withdraw cash from the account and they refuse to give to me. Stating that they have no mandates and documents scanned onto the system for me to access this account. But the card is been in use for almost a year and I receive calls from different departments offering me new products. Please call me...
