Good day

I applied for a FNB account online this was on the 28/08/2013 I received a reference number and I was advised that someone will call me but nothing the reference number is SI2013082801912.
I mean how long do you have to wait for the card there was an option to collect or for it to be delivered I requested for it to be delivered because I work form Monday to Saturday, I men this is why you have delivery service I do expect my card before the end of this week if you don't want my business you could have said so.
what's the point of having an online banking when it is a no line.
