Failure of banking service

Today i attempted to make an internet payment, using a card that have made 100's of payment, including a payment to the same service 1 week ago which worked 100%.

However, today the payment failed, with an error (Activate Verified By Visa on your FNB Card), with clear instruction on how to do this activation, login to your account, go to My Account, My Cards and activate.

After not finding the place they refereed to, I called the call center:
1. Using the number on the card, as directed, the call centre, first took all the details (in spite of the fact that I have actually typed my account details, i had to give them again,
2. They put me through to Authorizations, again I explain the story...
3. They go back to Online, as they need to do the VISA approval
4. Then off to VISA "Person", again to full story, ...
5. Transferred to someone that seems to know things, and according to them, I have to now open a personal account, so they can VISA approve my business card, according them FNB, they can no longer service business credit cards with 3d security, unless you open a personal account... this is blackmail

I leave in 2 week to travel, now I do not know if my card will work.
