I ordered and fully paid for a set of couches from this dealer on the 07-Sep-2013 and was told it would take approximately 3 to 4 weeks for them to be ready and delivered. After Week 4 I phoned the branch and was told they are taking a bit longer due to a back log or something and was told that the couches should be delivered within the following week. At the end of the week that followed I phoned to find out whether my couches are ready for delivery and was told they will be delivered today (Wednesday 23-Oct-2013). I'm currently heading for the end of week number 7 without my couches. Every time I call the branch they have a different excuse and tell me that they will phone the warehouse and find out what the progress is and call me back, but I never receive a call back from them, as is the case again today.
