Continual blocking of account

Late October 2012 I discovered my cheque acc blocked. After phoning the bank's call centre I was it was due to FICA not updated. Even though I updated my FICA in July2012 I went in to the branch again and updated it again. Since then my account has been blocked another 4 times without notice/warning for the same reason. Each time I have to phone the branch and complain before they unlock the account. If this happens in the evening or over a weekend I have to wait until the branch opens again before my account can be unblocked. I've phoned the platinum line and sent e-mails etc., but have received no response / feedback and still it does not stop. I need to draw cash to pay my domestic worker tomorrow morning before I leave for work, but despite my numerous telephonic requests, nobody at ABSA can unblock my account tonight, only the branch can do it during office hours - which is too late. Therefore ABSA, not only did you waste my time again tonight and left me with a red face and no money, you are now also denying a family food for the weekend due to your shocking service.
ABSA, you've lost a customer of 15 years.
