Account blocked 3 times since handing in FICA docs

I was called by Customer Service to bring in my FICA docs. I inadvertently took an old telephone bill to the Fort Beaufort (FB) branch, but they unblocked my account which had been blocked, until i could bring in an earlier account. When I was next in PE I took all the relevant docs in and my account which had been blocked once again was unblocked. A week later I was on the way to Cape Town on holiday stopped at a garage went to pay with my card and my account was blocked once again. Extremely embarrassing since I had no money on me at all. I called the PE branch and the supervisor of Enquiries who promised to call back. One hour later no call so I called back to be told it was sorted. One week later back in FB where I live I go to draw money and my account is once again blocked. I managed to get to the bank in time where the account was once again unblocked as the system said my docs had been handed in etc. Today I was in PE going to Makro to buy a fridge. I tried transferring money last night but the message said updating the system. I went to PE today to shop and my account was blocked. I had driven 2 hours and could no use my card. To say I am irritated is an understatement.
