Struggling to cancel services within cooling off p

I applied for a loan with Loanfinder SA, yesterday I went to read through the terms and conditions they sent me afterwards I sent an email requesting them to cancel my services, I received a reply stating I must call them, as I work I can not make allot of phone calls. This morning I received a sms from my bank they want to deduct R350 and I must see to it that I have funds in my account. I sent an email again stating that I can not call they have my details they must cancel. again I receive a reply that I must call them. I then did so but was on hold until my airtime ran out. People that apply for loans do not have the money to call all the time and then be placed on hold for that long! So after that I again sent an email that I want them to contact me. My cell number was included in each and every email. I want them to cancel their services immidiatly and the debit order they put on my account. I dont understand why you get a 7 day cooling off period and then they make it so difficult.
