She updated all my info and made copies of all documents. Even requesed I must e-mail colour copies of CK documents Id
Which I did
3rd week in January 13, I received a call from Absa, stating my account has not been FICA and will be blocked.
I provided al the evidence of my attempts to get Absa so far to FICA my account.
She gave her apology...
29 January 2013 - Absa block my Business Account
I complained online.
I phoned Absa Square Small Business, Noelien was out of office.
I spoke to Mandy, she confirmed that she even remember me and my wife in Noeliens office on 15 October '12
In her own words: "hold the line I will quickly unblock the account"
Mandy unblocked my account, and
Mandy gave her apology...
I phoned Help line 012 3173344 at 11h21, I complained and reported this lack of service from Absa
