Account Blocked yet again!!!

In November last year, I had a request from ABSA that I had to produce the FICA documentation or my account will be blocked. I duly handed my documentation into the N1 city branch of ABSA bank to say that they will update on the system. Now in the last 2 weeks, my account has been blocked twice and when I enquire about it it is ALWAYS the same reason - that I have failed to hand in my FICA documentation. I went into the Belville branch, Cape Town and again handed my documentation with my current utility bill and the consultant informed me that this has now been sorted. The problem is that the account CANNOT be unblocked via telephone, you have to go into a branch and EVERYTIME it is the same thing, they just say their departments are not connected so sometimes these things happen. I am so disappointed as I was not informed telephonically or even by SMS and this has inconvenienced me.

Please may someone sort this out ASAP - everytime it happens it take 48 hours for my account to be unblocked! I did my part, and ABSA takes a ridiculous amount of fees, surely they can sort out their customer service and do theirs!
