I was in car accident on my Birthday (15 Dec 2012) - a drunk driver drove into the back of my car on the N4. I then waited 6 weeks with out a car (Officially my car was written off and everything was given through to Wesbank). I then got hold of the Legal dept - and was referred to Verlin Pillay. I emailed him asking what I can do to help - he was so nice - and I thought well eventually a company that delivers customer service. He then send me a document that I had to fill in regarding the accident to claim the top-up of the finance for the vehicle - sent it back to him the same day. I then received a statement of my written off car - and I immediately sent a email to wesbank services, asking why. Then a Masina, Khosi emailed me the same doc again to sign - sent the same filled in doc again emmediately. I then received a second statement this week - again emailing them asking why? To date I have not received feedback and I think this is very poor customer service from their side.
