Freezing of account for FICA - Again!!!

I was at a ATM this morning to draw cash and could not do so, after phoning the call centre they said my account has been blocked since my FICA details are not loaded and I need to visit my branch with all the documents. If I go to my branch to do this it will be the 3rd time!!! What the is wrong with ABSA, cant they press the save button on the computer?

I have been a client with Absa for over 20 years now, I have a home loan with them... I have done the FICA process two years ago, then again this year since they lost my details and now again it is blocked.

Sort it out ABSA, you are not the only bank in the industry. Call me and sort it out.
