SHOCKINGLY bad service

On the 27th of August I went to African bank to apply for a Loan/Credit Card Bundle. I completed all documentation, even received the "Credit card" not yet activated. The next day I received a call asking me to go back to the branch to redo my fingerprints as they were not clear enough... I went back. In the meantime the reference checks were in progress - they did confirm employment, I was under the impression all was in order (Especially after completing forms for 2 hours, and being called back to re scan my thumb print!) On Friday 30 Aug I called to find out if anything progress has been made, I was told to call head office, Then head office told me the application had not yet been received, called the branch again, was told the application must still be at the assessment office, and I should call again on Monday as it was already after 3pm. I called head office after lunch today 02 September only to find out my application had already been declined on Friday, but the branch will give me feedback. called the branch only to hear that they are short staffed and that head office will give me feedback! Wow, thank you African bank! Still no reply... Thank you for wasting my time and me
