SURPRISE SURPRISE MORE 3 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE

So following our complaints on Hellp Peter posted last week! We still have not received any assistance with the matter of our access bond being blocked. Again I called this morning to try get some answers and was told my complaint is under review. Oh come on, I am so tired of hearing those words. I was told a week ago, that an assesor would be at my house before Friday, and the records would be adjusted on the Home Loan side and the problemwoudl be resolved. Well we are now at Wednesday the following week, and still no further, still without our money and even more infuriated and disgusted in this bank.
