Incompetency and lack of customer Service

On Monday the 22nd of July 2013' I went to African Bank in Atteridgeville to apply for a further loan since I am a client of African Bank, All the paperwork was done and I was promised 24 to 48 hours for feedback, surprisingly no one called me to inform me about the status of my application and I had to call the Branch and the Head office to be informed that the application is awaiting managers approval and payment to be made into my account still nothing happened. This morning I went to the Bank to verify what is going on only to find out that my application was not even done and what made me more angry was I was told that there is a discrepancy with my fingerprints which I had to go to home affairs for verification, which didn't make sense because last year I applied for a loan at African Bank in Wonderpark and the very same procedures where done and my fingerprints did have an issue and everything went very smooth without any problems. I was going to recommend African Bank to some of my colleagues but from the experience I got from the specified branch I have doubts. Now I lost out on a very good deal of a car because, someone somewhere didn't do his or her job professionally.
