Made an online payment for R50k & this was successful on my side however wasn't reaching the recipient, whom is also a FNB account holder. I went in Maponya branch to call them & they promised to investigate and call me back however this didn't happen! I went into Southdale branch & called to have money cleared only to find it was returned to me & the next lady I spoke to also promised to investigate & call back, and I waited until I got fed-up. I ended up spending 3 hours in the branch just to clear R50k. Does anybody want to do business with people like this in the future? I don't think so!
All the line managers were apparently too busy to assist me... so much for "How can we help you"
