UNPROFESSIONAL AND FALSE INFORMATION

I find African Bank very unprofessional and unreliable I went to the branch in Carlton Centre to do an application for a loan & credit card I was told I should provide all the necessary documents they did an assessment to see what offer they can give me I was given an offer & their advise that they would confirm my employment & then was given the credit card told that once the employment is confirmed the card would be activated& but no one called me back. the following day I wet to the branch& was told to provide another bank statement & I had to do 3 applications& the second time I was told that my application has expired but no body from African Bank called to update me about the application I had made with them. On the 08 Jan 14 I was contacted by one of their consultant from the Head Office and they wanted to confirm my details and advised that my application was approved and that they would activate the card but that never happened I then complained to Phumudzo who handles complains she advised on e-mail that my application was unsuccessful. I need some one explain why my application all sudden was unsuccessful but I was told that it was approved I find this disgusting.
