To whom it may concern.

I received an sms notification from FNB to submit my proof of residence.

I visited your branch and submitted it. This was verified by the sms I again received from FNB.

However I continued to receive the notifications from FNB. I phoned and was told by a consultant that these sms's were routine n I should not be co concerned. I requested a reference number for this call and received it via sms-

I again received the following sms from FNB
We have still not received your FICA documents and your account has now been BLOCKED. Please visit any FNB Branch with your ID and proof of residence to unblock your account. FNB a Div. of FRB

This is unfair and unjust treatment as I have complied with all of their requests. It is a great inconvenience to me to have FNB again to rectify mistakes made by their staff!
