If I have been a client of FNB for more than 2 years - why do you require all those documents from me??
I am unable so supply you with my ID at this moment - so suggested you to use my Driver License and or Passport but you refuse??? Then you want proof of residence but wont accept my FNB BANK STATEMENTS as proof of residence - RIDICULOUS!!
When you delivered my CREDIT CARD you only requested to see my ID. Now with my CHEQUE Card you want copies of everything - and for what??? It's no less than 6 months after I got my Credit Card...
It's far more convenient just to go fetch the card at the branch myself!! - and will do that anyway...
