Stands in a queue only to walk away with no card!!

I just came from FNB in Bellville, the Civic Bell branch. I stood in the collections queue as I needed to collect my new card which i ordered last week and was asked to bring a proof of residence with, at collections there was only 2 collections staff members and the queue was pretty long. After standing in the line for nearly 30 minutes I get to the front and the woman asks me for my ID and proof of residence (which was a copy as I get all my statements emailed to me) only for the one staff member to tell me "didnt I tell you that you can email it? didnt I give you the email address" so I said no! you did not! and because of this I HAVE TO SIT ANOTHER WEEKEND WITHOUT MY CARD! THE CARD THAT YOU ARE JUST SO BY THE WAY CHARGING ME R105 FOR! THANK YOU FNB FOR WASTING MY TIME!
