Billing query, bad attitude

I was called to be made aware of my arrears, so I made an arrangement for a debit to go off for the whole amount of balance to go off at the end of the month 31st August 2013, so instead the balance and an installment R1847.74, plus R649.27 amount was taken from my account my balance is R1901.00 on the 30th of August instead of the 31st, I called African Bank collections call center I spoke to a lady by the name of C, M Mkhwanazi, she spoke with bad attitude asked for my bank account details, and was not willing to help, call got cut off, she never got back to me, called again spoke to Tlaleng who was clueless about what she was doing asked for her supervisor Sibulelo Gqali who also spoke with a bad attitude and was not even willing to give me his full names and was not much of help, so in essence just wasted my time trying to get the matter resolved, and had the most unprofessional service hence I am escalating the matter please assist in getting the amount owed to me returned and also disciplinary on the mentioned employees.
