Went to my local fnb to apply for a small loan last week saturday. Was told the loan was approved by the consultant in the bank and the money will be in my account in a few hours. Received an sms that afternoon to fax my payslip but the consultant already made copies of my id and payslip. I checked my account on sunday and monday and still no money. After phoning i was told to fax my payslip which i did. I confirmed with fnb if they received my payslip which they acknowledged they did and informed me it takes 24hr for the funds to be in my account. I received another sms to fax my payslip on thursday. Today is one week later and I have still not received my money after numerous calls to the fnb. It seems as if no one knows what they are doing because if my loan is approved why is it taking so long to deposit my money. They are closed on a weekend so it seems as if i must wait another week to hear more excuses regarding my APPROVED LOAN.
