PUBLIC PAY FOR INCOMPETANCE IN SOUTH AFRICA

FNB send me a new debit card (not my request) When I received it, I left it for about three weeks in my drawer as I didnt had a need for it (my old one was still working) I replaced it one morning and trying to use it.. it wasnt regestered. Went to bank (my time and costs) to activate it. Two days later I tried to use it..went over limit (FNB never regestered my limits old cards limits omto the new one (Ididnt ask for a new card)).back to the bank (my time and costs) the person helped me and i signed for it. Three days later I wanted to use the card... exceed limit. Back to the bank for the third time (my time and cost) only to find out the previous person did not regester the limit. BRILLIANT FNB FOR YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Maybe you should remove your pathetic adverts on the radio because I didnt experiance that. Can I send you a bill for all my time and costs wasted on your incompetance for a card I didnt asked for??? On my request to see the branch manager... Sorry there is no branch manage
