I applied for credit on the 30 November and was told i qualify for the amount of R55000. I asked if I can purchase goods and and also get a loan on the left over money if possible. I signed quotations on the furniture and was told that I will be contact back regarding the loan amount. All my furniture has been delivered and every day since the 30th Im the one who always has to call and gfollow up with the loan application. All of a sudden the Sales Consultant who always phoned me to lure me into buying more goods from Bears in never available when I call her. On friday they told me the loan cannot be processed as my payslip is not clear enough, like really how did the furniture app go through with the same payslip. And i emphasided to the sales lady that i will not take the furniture should i not get the loan amount. its been 2 weeks now please i need help, cause i desparately need to use that money - otherwise let me know i go somewhere else for help.
