Last week I applied for Gold credit card online. I was called by lady to continue with the application it was approved. I was advise the card will be ready within 5 working days.
So the card should be collected at Chis hani crossing in Vosloorus.
I was advice to bring along documents.
When I got there I was told my payslip doesn't have a letter head so its not genuine.
I advice the lady that we don't get hard copy of the payslip, but payslips are send via system called ESS. Employee Self Service (ESS) is a web-based application which provides employees with 24/7 access to important job. She insisted that my payslip is not genuine. I advice her to check any inconsistency from the payslip and bank statement. She refuse.
I have applied for car finance using this payslip and it was approved.
I don't get any other payslip.
Can someone help me.
