I applied for a loan through Loans Acceptable. They in turn got an offer from Bridge loans. It took them two weeks to pre-approve me for a loan of R4500 after i was told i was already pre-approved. they took so long with the approval, that my loan lapsed, and then suddenly i had to re-submit my last payslip.. (which i havent even gotten considering that they asked for it around the 27th of the month and i only get paid the 1st). I had to run around trying to get a payslip.. eventually got email confirmation from my work that we will only have the payslips a week later, and that was also not good enough. I dont think that they realise how embarrasing it is to keep asking your HR questions and favours and letters and things... they could easily have paid out that loan on my April Payslip as May was not even over yet. I cannot believe that it takes them weeks to finalise this and then i have to run around again to try and get new documents because they take so long that the loan approval lapses. IT's pathetic!!! I will tell everyone how pathetic they are and they on their website saying immediate approval and payout if youre approved! Terrible
