LOAN APPLICATION

Last week Wednesday (21/08/2013) I filled in an online application for a loan. I was contacted and all went well until the Friday when I was told that it was approved but would get slightly less as I had a temporary loan from FNB (who I bank with) I then explained that the temporary loan is a once off loan that gets paid off immediately when money is put in your bank account. As I was getting paid that weekend I told them to hold off until the Monday when the money would be paid off and I could then get my original amount. I was told to send a paid up letter to them when I wanted to continue. So on the Monday I contacted FNB and they emailed the letter which I only received on the Wednesday (28/08/2013). I sent it to the consultant. Only to be told today that I need to send another letter from the bank to say the account is closed. I do not know how to explain this any further but it is not an account, it is a facility wich is open to FNB cheque account users. I have explained this 3times today. Now I do not hear from the consultant. I even asked that if it such a problem then I will take the previous offer that was approved. Now I dont hear anything. I feel like you have wasted my time
