I applied for a loan yesterday at an African Bank branch, I was approved and told that head office will call me to finalise everything first thing in the morning. I patiently waited and only received a call at 12:13 today. I confirmed everything with the consultant over the phone and she confirmed that the loan is processed. Whenevr I apply for an african bank loan, I always get the money deposited into my account immediately after the phone call. It's nearly 2 hours later and I have stilll not received anything. I contacted head office and they informed me that contactables approved the loan and that they are not sure what the problem is??? I am very disappointed as I desperately need the money and I can't understand what the hold up is. Please help me someone.
