I"m so shocked at the way your collections speak to you clients, i have a loan with you guys and admit being in arrears, my arrangement with your peopl was that i would pay a double installment until my arrears was settle i did this and this was going to be my last month yesterday my salary got paid in and you guys took my full salary for the 4th consecutive month, due to some personal issue i required money but due to your system taking my full salary i went to your branch in Bellville middestad mall where i got great service from Ridwaan (thank you) how ever being put on the fone with mandy where i requested a refund of only R1000 which i would arrange to pay back on the 15th, she was so rude refering to old arrangements and then ending slaming the phone down in my ear.. i don't recall being irrate with her. i'm really shocked service like this after being your client for 5 - 6 years refund was denied... what my next step?
