LAST APPEAL FOR HELP!

I have Term Loan that i took out on 15 June 2012 for R152540.90 and i am paying an instalment of R4 800 a month.
I have requested without sucess to date to ask CapitecBank to re-shedule my loan or extend the term to 84 months thereby reducing my installment as my financial position does not allow me to afford an instalment of R4800.My salary per annum has increased from R719 613 to R771 306 as from 01 April 2013. The last time i called capitec i was told that after my salary has increased i can again make a request for a rescheduling. My request is if my instalment can be taken down to R3000 per month over 84 months. I received a call from the centralised collections department on monday, 22 April 2013 advising me to go any capitec bank and do the rescheduling with my new salary. I went to Capitec Bank branch in Sunnyside on wednesday, 24 April 2013 together with a letter from my HR department proving that my salary has increased. But unfortunatley the consultant said she could not assist me to do a re-scheduling as it can only be done with a payslip. Please Help me. I have a letter from HR indicated new salary . by 30 April the loan will be in arrears for 2 months. Help Please!!!
