LOAN DEDUCTION

I HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH CAPITEC BANK. MY CONTRACT STATES THAT THEY WILL DEDUCT THE INSTALLMENT ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH OR WHEN MY SALARY GOES INTO MY ACCOUNT. ON THE 10/12/2013 MY MOM PAID R13 900.00 INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT TO PAY HER EMPLOYEES AS SHE DOESNT HAVE INTERNET BANKING. CAPITEC BANK DEDUCTED MY INSTALLMENT FROM THIS MONEY. MY MOMS EMPLOYEES WERE SUPPOSE TO TRAVEL TO DURBAN YESTERDAY 11/12/2013 AND NOW I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TO PAY THESE PEOPLE TO START WORKING AT ANOTHER JOB.

AFTER ENDLESS CALLS SEE REF:10906843 / 10914799 / 10916901 AND 5 X EMAILS WHERE I HAD TO EMAIL MY BANKSTATEMENT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO SEE THAT IT WAS NOT MY SALARY THAT WAS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT THE STILL DID NOT REIMBURSE THIS MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT.

NOW THESE EMPLOYEES OF MY MOM STAND A CHANCE TO LOOSE THE NEXT JOB BECAUSE WE CANT PAY THEM IN TIME TO LEAVE FOR DURBAN AS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORK AT CAPITEC BANK. I ALREADY SENT THROUGH MY BANK STATEMENT YESTERDAY AT 08:59 AND ACCORDING TO CYNTHIA CAPITEC BANK WOULD REFUND THIS MONEY IMMEDIATELY INTO BY BANKACCOUNT. ITS NOU 13:44 (ONE DAY LATER) AND STILL NO LUCK
