Hi Capitec, I am really so shocked with the below:
Went to Capitec in Greenstone on the 22/06/13 to get a top up on my personal loan I took out from Capitec in March this year as I initially qualified for R45k and only took R15k first of all DYLAN said he cannot link me on your system and he took my details and said he will call me back, till this day DYLAN didnt phone me. Went to Capitec Greenstone again yesterday to follow up on this as it is clear DYLAN couldnt give a rat's about a customer, the lady who 'assisted' me as she didnt seem too interested in working linked me with your system, and could give me a calculation of what Capitec can lend me A WHOLE R4000.00!!! So I took a 3 month bank statement went to Nedbank and got a better deal, lets just say I will settle my Capitec loan this week probably and I might even move to Nedbank in the near future AS I DONT EVEN BANK WITH NEDBANK AND HAVE ONE CREDIT CARD WITH THEM AND THEY ARE WILLING TO OFFER ME THAT AMOUNT THAT CAPITEC COULD OFFER ME BUT NOW SUDDENLY CANT. 4 years of GREAT service and now you go and do this Capitec, it hurts to put a complaint on HP about you guys really only ever had GR8 service till now...
