NOT ACCEPTING DOCUMENTS PRESRIBED BY AN ACT (LAW)

I have an employer (Caregiver) in my service who wants to apply for a personal loan. I am registered at UIF and pay the full amount of the 2% to UIF, not deducting it from her salary, eg. say her salary is R1000, in stead of deducting R10 from her salary, I add R20 to her salary as 2% and deduct it again and her nett salary stays R1000. It is indicated as such on her payslip. Also on the payslip is her bank account number where I pay her salary per EFT, as well as the UIF reference number and the UIF is also paid on the UIF website by EFT. The payslip is also according to the payslip on the Labour website, but it is not acceptable for Capitec Bank. They demanded that I have to submit a letter as well confirming that is is indeed the situation. I did what they requested to assist my employee, but then they send all her personal info, even bank statement to me per e-mail and now I am also receiving all their trash e-mails and adverts per e-mail. If it was the last bank I will never go to this bank in my life and I wish I could express my feelings towards this bank's poor service delivery and the people I dealt with in words. Pathetic will not even describe it!
