THIS "CALL VOICE AFRICA" IS A SCHEME WHICH IS ABUSING DEBIT ORDER SYSTEMS IN THIS COUNTRY. THEY USE DEBIT ORDER FACILITATORS LIKE "STRATCOL" TO DEBIT PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS WHICH AMOUNTS TO ELECTRONIC... THEY HAVE DEBITED R129.99 ON 23RD AND 30TH AUGUST 2013 AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT HOLD OF MY BANK DETAILS AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CONTRACT OR DEALINGS WITH THEM. THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER (0872301079) GOES UNANSWERED... THE RECEIVING BANK (TO WHICH THE DEBITS ARE GOING TO) SHOULD ALSO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AS AN ACCESSORY TO THIS SCHEME. I AM SURE THEY HAVE RECEIVED ENOUGH COMPLAINTS TO BLOCK THE ACCOUNT.
