FNB - YOUR SERVICE LIKE A NEWBORN BABY!

1. I wanted to change the debit order date for my personal loan from the 27th monthly to the 1st monthly, as I have changed employers and my salary date has changed accordingly. Phoned the loans department and was informed I need to provide them with a letter from my employer stating my salary date! Pathetic! You can look on my bank statement when my salary is paid in! Pathetic!

2. My personal loan was deducted today, and I need it to be refunded, as the money that was in my account is not salary money. They can resubmit on the 1st of July 2013.

3. I had arrears on my personal loan, which was paid up to date yesterday! I received a threatning sms from Norton Attorneys, stating that the arrears has not been paid in full and them threatning to take further legal action! Hellooooo! Please confirm that all payments have been received and allocated by FNB before threathing customers!

4. I need the arrears that was paid, to reflect on Compuscan and ITC as FNB have informed them that this personal loan was in arrears. I need these records to be updated today!
