COLLECTIONS - ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT ON ARREARS

On 28 February 2013, Janine contact me (Collections 086 066 7718) regarding my Multi Loan which is in arrears. Arrangements need to be done, when my loan can be settle otherwise monthly payment I can make. I give her an amount of R100 p/m until August which is my bonus month, then settle it fully. She wasn't at all client friendly, don't want to accept it. Expect minimum is R1000 monthly. I told her that I am single parent, no extra income and my salary after deductions is R8558 which I also had to pay my rent/transport/food for the month. She don't want to accept it at all. She didn't even hear I told her I will settle August, her words to me was that I am going to pay for years. She also told me they going to hand me over meaning that legal fees is also included. On 1 March 2013, at 11:30, my manager try to be of assistance from her side as well and phone the collections department. Person of assistance was Senzo. After trying to explain everything to him, also most unprofessional, unfriendly staff at all at the Call Centre. She couldn't get a word to speak, he gave her a tel nr of his manager (021 9412530) and drops the phone in her ear. How can I make arrangement with them???
