No feedback etc

I've been asking for payed up letters since last week thursday, the 22nd of August, and I've been calling everyday and everyday there is the same excuse that the loans has not been closed yet and that I have to wait 5 working days and since today is the 6th working day, I still haven't been helped!! I spoke to them on the 27th and then that consultant said to me it has only been logged the previous day on the 26th and that it ewill take 5 working days, so when I asked them the first time for it on the 22nd, then they should have logged it already!!! Now today the 29th I phone them again and still the same excuses, I ask to speak to a manager or team leader and then they put me through and they never answer!!! This is very bad service from FNB, and still not in one of these days they didn't try to contact meor to try help me!! They don't live up to their slogan!!!
