Poor Customer service in Home loans

On the the week of the 5th of August I applied for a re-advance on my bond. After 7-10 working days the application was granted. The homeloans department send me an sms stating that it was granted, but I need to complete another set of documents. On the 19thAugust my wife and I completed the set of documents in the branch. They informed us that it will take 3 working days to make the payment.3 days later nothing happened.i then followed up and was informed that the documents should have been stamped.i contacted the branch to arrange the required stamps and it was faxed on the 22nd August.i again foll0wed up to confirmed receipt of faxed stamped documents.

During this time I requested to speak a more senior person.i was then put in contact with a person called Carlo, a supervisor at the homeloans centre of standard bank. He assured me that he will deal with the situation and that the payment will be made by Friday the 23 or at the latest monday the 26th august. Monday came and nothing happened. I again followed up and was now informed more documents were needed. Again I went into the branch to provide more documentation.i was now informed I was wait another 3 days. ie. 9 working days
