Still waiting for my I pad

I got a phone call from fnb themselves asking if I would be interested in a iPad the 4th of January 2013.it was said to me that it will take 5-10 working days.when I made a phone call, it was said it will be available another 10-15 days??? another phone call was made on Friday the 22nd of feb enquiring about my iPad, saying that I must phone the courier, so yet again to find out that my iPad wasn't even logged and that they haven't received anything from fnb.phoning again, a consultant told me that it will definitely be available on Wednesday the 27th of feb!!! well guess what I haven't heard anything!! and I'm not happy about it at all, and fnb better not take the amount out of my account if I haven't even received my device, that's to say if I ever!!!
